Biography
Lydia Montaigne epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creativity in every detail of your commercial real estate transaction. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and later earned a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University after relocating to Boca Raton, FL, in 2008.
Post-academic achievements led Lydia to serve as Chief of Staff, directly supporting the CEO of a global company. The invaluable skills acquired during this tenure form the foundation of her approach to commercial real estate, where she stands out as a trusted advisor.
Lydia has held dual licenses as a commercial real estate agent and a mortgage originator, with a dedicated focus on commercial investment properties. Though she has since relinquished her mortgage license to fully concentrate on real estate, her background in both fields provides clients with a well-rounded perspective. Her experience spans industrial, retail, and office spaces, with a specialization in tenant and owner representation as well as investment acquisition and disposition. She is supported by a team with a combined 80+ years of experience in commercial real estate.
Understanding the power of commercial real estate as a vehicle for generational wealth, Lydia and her team are committed to guiding clients through every stage of the transaction process. Their personalized approach emphasizes understanding each client’s unique needs and creating strategic plans to help them achieve their goals.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Lydia is the elected Treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors, St. Lucie network, for the years 2023 and 2024. Her passion for community, commitment to excellence, and dedication to continued learning underscore her contributions to the real estate industry in South Florida.
As part of her personal mission to give back, Lydia donates a portion of her commission to I Heart Animal Rescue, the 501(c)(3) organization that rescued her dog, “Ruby”.
