Biography

Lydia Montaigne epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creativity into every detail of your mortgage transaction.  Lydia obtained an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.  She moved to Boca Raton, FL, in 2008 and obtained a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University.  After obtaining her degree, she directly supported the CEO of a global company and held the title of Chief of Staff.  This knowledge has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in every transaction.

When not in the office, being on the water, and spending time with her dog, Ruby, who was rescued by I Heart Animal Rescue, 501(c)3.  A portion of Lydia’s proceeds from the commissions will be donated to I Heart Animal Rescue. Lydia is the 2023 elected Treasurer for the Women’s Council of Realtors, St. Lucie Network.   

Her passion is building strong relationships in Boca Raton and the surrounding communities, helping others, and learning more about South Florida and the Treasure Coast, its people, and all aspects of commercial real estate.
